Record-Clearing Clinic in Chester City (Delaware County)

CHESTER City - Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP) will hold a free monthly Record-Clearing Clinic the first Wednesday of every month beginning June 3, 2026, from 1-4 p.m. at J. Lewis Crozer Library, 620 Engle St., Chester, PA 19013.

The clinic is by appointment only, with no walk-ins permitted. To register, fill out Crozer Library’s Google form: https://bit.ly/CrozerForm.

The clinic will provide advice on criminal record-clearing in Pennsylvania. Attendees must have a criminal record in Bucks, Chester, Delaware or Montgomery counties. LASP cannot assist individuals with pending criminal charges or anyone on supervision for a recent offense.

Record-clearing improves people's opportunities for better jobs, education and housing.

GLENSIDE - Rep. Napoleon Nelson and Congresswoman Madeleine Dean will host an Expungement Clinic on Saturday, June 27, 2026 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. at Congresswoman Dean's Glenside District Office, 115 E. Glenside Ave., Suite 1, Glenside, PA 19038.

This clinic is an opportunity for eligible residents to receive guidance on clearing their criminal records and taking a meaningful step forward. Legal support will be provided by Legal Aid of Southeastern PA, which will be on-site to help participants throughout the process. 

To participate, individuals should bring their case information, including court records or minute orders, and must not be in violation, on parole, or on probation.

This spring, LASP is participating in the third annual Delco Gives day! Hosted by the Foundation for Delaware County, Delco Gives is a county-wide effort to raise awareness and funds for nonprofits like LASP that provide important services to Delaware County residents. 

Every year LASP provides legal counsel and representation to thousands of Delaware County residents in need. Through your support, LASP ensures access to justice and due process in our local courts. 

Join us as we highlight and celebrate the importance of local legal aid. Every donation received May 6 & 7 wins LASP additional prize money!
