WARMINSTER — An Expungement Clinic will be held Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 6- 8 p.m. at the Ben Wilson Senior Activity Center, 580 Delmont Ave., Warminster, PA 18974. The event is presented by State Rep. Brian Munroe, Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP), and Bucks County Clerk of Courts Eileen Hartnett Albillar.

Appointments are required. Participants must RSVP by registering at repmunroe.com or by calling 215-323-6997.

The clinic is limited to Pennsylvania arrests and has additional eligibility requirements:

  • Only Pennsylvania arrests are eligible.

  • Must have no current criminal charges.

  • Must not be serving probation time.

  • Non-conviction charges, including ARD (Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition), or summary convictions with no arrests in the past 5 years can be expunged.

  • Any conviction qualifies for an expungement if an individual is 70 years of age or older and has been off probation over 10 years.

  • Many misdemeanor convictions may be sealed if 7 years have passed.

  • Some low-level drug and property-related felony convictions may be sealed if 10 years have passed.

  • Please bring copies of records (Optional).

DARBY - A Delaware County Expungement Clinic will be held Monday, Jan. 19, 2026 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Darby Borough Council Building, 1020 Ridge Ave., Darby, as part of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service. Pennsylvania House Speaker Joanna McClinton and Sen. Anthony Hardy Williams will host Legal Aid of Southeastern PA and the Delaware County Public Defender Association.

The clinic will assist eligible participants with expungements and record sealing for qualifying cases.

Registration is required.

To be eligible for an expungement, you must meet these conditions.

PHOENIXVILLE - Have a civil legal issue? Meet with a Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP) attorney at the Phoenixville Public Library on the first Tuesday of every month.

The free outreach event will be Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. in the Harrop Room of the Phoenixville Public Library, 183 Second Ave., Phoenixville, PA 19460.

A LASP attorney will provide information, counseling and advocacy in a variety of civil legal areas such as:

  • Expungement, pardons, Social Security, unemployment compensation, public benefits, housing, bankruptcy, custody and visitation, no-asset divorce, protection from abuse, elder law, appeals, and employment issues.

  • LASP cannot advise on issues of criminal law, including summary offenses.

PHOENIXVILLE - Have a civil legal issue? Meet with a Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP) attorney at the Phoenixville Public Library on the first Tuesday of every month.

The free outreach events will be Tuesday, Nov. 4, and Dec. 2, 2025 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. in the Harrop Room of the Phoenixville Public Library, 183 Second Ave., Phoenixville, PA 19460.

A LASP attorney will provide information, counseling and advocacy in a variety of civil legal areas such as:

  • Expungement, pardons, Social Security, unemployment compensation, public benefits, housing, bankruptcy, custody and visitation, no-asset divorce, protection from abuse, elder law, appeals, and employment issues.

COATESVILLE -The Unhoused Veteran Stand Down is Saturday, Nov. 1, 2025 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. The event is at the Coatesville VA Medical Center, 1400 Blackhorse Hill Road, Coatesville, PA 19320. Veterans experiencing homelessness, the possiblity of eviction or other issues in Chester, Delaware or Montgomery counties are invited to attend.

The Dept. of Veterans Affairs is hosting the Stand Down.

Get help with eviction prevention, emergency housing, health screenings, food and clothing, legal aid, VA enrollment, supplies, VA healthcare & mental healthcare.

Stop by Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP)’s table. LASP’s Veterans Advocacy Project team can discuss VA benefits, discharge updgrades, and a wide array of civil legal services related to eviction, foreclosure, other houing issues, Protection from Abuse (PFA) orders, domestic violence, family law, record-clearing, public benefits, consumer debt and bankruptcy, and more.

Leanne Krueger, will host a free legal resource fair, “Know Your Rights, Use Your Voice,” on Friday, Oct. 17, 2025, from 12-2 p.m. at Neumann University’s MultiPurpose Hall, John J. Thefree event will provide free legal information and resources for domestic violence survivors on topics such as protection from abuse orders, child custody, landlord-tenant issues, consumer concerns, grandparents’ rights, and sexual violence protections.

Attorneys will help seniors ages 60 and older, who qualify for LASP services, with simple wills, durable powers of attorney and healthcare directives.

State Rep. Leanne Krueger will host a free Clean Slate Expungement Clinic on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025, from 6–8 p.m. at the Brookhaven Municipal Center, 2 Cambridge Road, Brookhaven, PA 19015.

Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP) attorneys will provide information and discuss options for clearing a person’s criminal record. If expungement is not an option, additional resources will be offered.

Participants can bring their case information, including a copy of court records or orders, and must not be in violation, on parole or on probation.
