DARBY - A Delaware County Expungement Clinic will be held Monday, Jan. 19, 2026 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Darby Borough Council Building, 1020 Ridge Ave., Darby, as part of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service. EXTON - A free monthly legal clinic will be held at Chester County United Way. The clinics are scheduled Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2025 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Chester County United Way is located at 150 John Robert Thomas Drive, Exton, PA 19341.

PHOENIXVILLE - Have a civil legal issue? Meet with a Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP) attorney at the Phoenixville Public Library on the first Tuesday of every month.

The free outreach event will be Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. in the Harrop Room of the Phoenixville Public Library, 183 Second Ave., Phoenixville, PA 19460.

A LASP attorney will provide information, counseling and advocacy in a variety of civil legal areas such as:

• Expungement, pardons, Social Security, unemployment compensation, public benefits, housing, bankruptcy, custody and visitation, no-asset divorce, protection from abuse, elder law, appeals, and employment issues.

• LASP cannot advise on issues of criminal law, including summary offenses.

This program is open to the public. Appointments are first-come, first-served.
