ESSINGTON - Fox-Smith VFW Post 4845 and Auxiliary will host a Veterans Health & Benefits Fair Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2026 from from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. the VFW is at 119 Carre Ave., Essington, PA 19029.

The free event is open to all veterans and their families. Attendees do not need to be VFW members.

Stop by Legal Aid of Southeastern PA's table at this event! LASP's Veterans Advocacy Project will be on hand to discuss VA benefits, discharge upgrades, and other civil legal aid issues such as housing, domestic violence, elder law, record-clearing, pubic benefits, consumer debt and bankruptcy, and more.

Organizations and professionals will provide information and assistance with VA benefits and claims, health care and wellness, veterans services, senior resources, community programs and more.

The event’s goal is to connect veterans and their families with benefits, services and resources they have earned. Organizers are also asking community members to share information about the fair with veterans, family members, friends and neighbors.
