Legal Aid of Southeastern PA’s Helpline and offices are CLOSED on Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2026 for Veterans Day.

LASP helps veterans with VA benefits, discharge upgrades & other civil legal issues, such as housing (eviction, landlord-tenant, foreclosure & more). Protection from Abuse (PFA) orders, family law, record-clearing (expungements and record-sealing), elder law, consumer debt and bankruptcy, public benefits (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, or food stamps), Medicaid, & more), and additional practice areas.
