UPPER DARBY - Join State Sen. Tim Kearney and State Rep. Gina H. Curry for a free Expungement Clinic on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2026 from 5:30-7:45 p.m. at the Upper Darby Municipal Building, One Center, 100 Garrett Road, Upper Darby, PA 19082.
The clinic is in partnership with Legal Aid of Southeastern PA and Upper Darby Council President Michelle Billups.
Appointments are required. Call Sen. Kearney’s office at 610-544-6120 or Rep. Curry’s office at 610-259-7016. You will be asked to provide your name and date of birth.
Only Pennsylvania arrests are eligible
Only non-conviction charges, including ARD, or summary convictions with no arrests in the past 5 years can be expunged.
Non-summary convictions cannot be expunged.
Most misdemeanor convictions can be sealed if 7 years have passed and some, limited felonies can be sealed if 10 years have passed.
Must have NO current criminal charges
Must NOT be currently serving probation time
