PHOENIXVILLE - Have a civil legal issue? Meet with a Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP) attorney at the Phoenixville Public Library on the first Tuesday of every month.
The free outreach event will be Tuesday, Nov. 3 & Dec. 1, 2026 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. in the Harrop Room of the Phoenixville Public Library, 183 Second Ave., Phoenixville, PA 19460.
A LASP attorney will provide information, counseling and advocacy in a variety of civil legal areas such as:
Expungement, pardons, Social Security, unemployment compensation, public benefits, housing, consumer and bankruptcy, custody and visitation, no-asset divorce, protection from abuse, elder law, appeals, and employment issues.
LASP cannot advise on issues of criminal law, including summary offenses.
This program is open to the public. Appointments are first-come, first-served.

LASP provides free legal services for individuals with low incomes in Bucks, Chester, Delaware & Montgomery counties. The Phoenixville Public Library is part of the Chester County Library System.
