LANSDOWNE - Legal Aid of Southeastern PA will offer a free Name Change Clinic on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at Lansdowne Library, 55 S. Lansdowne Ave., Lansdowne, PA 19050.
Participants must be 18 or older and live in Bucks, Chester, Delaware or Montgomery counties.

The clinic will assist:
adults with court requests for name changes, including survivors of abuse or harassment
people with mismatching identity documents, and
people facing REAL ID issues.

LASP does not assist with name changes for divorce or custody.
Appointments are required, and walk-ins will not be accepted.
Participants can bring physical copies or photos of their identity documents if available.
Attendance at the clinic does not guarantee future legal representation.
