CHESTER City - The Delaware County Veterans Network presents the Delco Unhoused Veterans Standdown on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2024 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. at Chester City Hall, 1 E. 4th St,, Chester, PA 19013.

• Access to emergency housing

• Veterans Health Administration (VHA) health screenings

• Free food, clothing & basic necessities

• Free barber services

• Legal services from Legal Aid of Southeastern PA

• Community housing resources

• VHA enrollment services

• On-site mental health services
