UPPER DARBY - State Sen. Tim Kearney and Rep. Gina Curry are hosting a free Expungement Clinic in partnership with Legal Aid of Southeastern PA. The clinic is Thursday, Nov. 14, 2024 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Upper Darby One Center (municipal building), 100 Garrett Road, Upper Darby, PA 19082.
Appointments are required. To make an appointment, call Sen. Kearney’s offce at 610-544-6120 or Rep. Curry’s offce at 610-259-7016. Please provide your name and date of birth when making an appointment.
- Only Pennsylvania arrests are eligible. 
- Only non-conviction charges, including ARD, or Summary Convictions with NO arrests in the past 5 years can be expunged. 
- Non-summary convictions cannot be expunged. 
- Most misdemeanor convictions can be sealed if 7 years have passed. 
- Some limited felonies can be sealed if 10 years have passed. 
- Must have NO current criminal charges. 
- Must NOT be currently serving probation time. 
- Please bring copies of records (optional).
