About this training

On April 21, 2025, Prospect Medical Holdings announced the May 2025 closure of Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Taylor Hospital, which are both located in Delaware County, PA. Employees were provided formal notice that their jobs will be terminated, and Delaware County issued an Emergency Declaration in response to the closure. Thousands are employed by the Crozer Health system, and they will be left without employment. This training, to answer employees' questions about unemployment compensation in a timely way and provide education on denial appeals, is needed at this time, given the large number of individuals who are impacted.

Questions? Please contact Erica Briant at ebriant@lasp.org or 484-322-6474.
