ALL BUCKS COUNTY COURTS CLOSED TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2024
Due to inclement weather and the rapid deterioration of travel conditions, and in consideration of the safety of both the public and employees, the Bucks County Justice Center and all Bucks County courts will be closed Tuesday, February 13, 2024. All scheduled court proceedings, including those scheduled at any Bucks County Magisterial District Court, are postponed. Jurors should not report to the Justice Center.

All Chester County government offices and courts are CLOSED today, Tuesday, February 13th, due to inclement weather.
While closed for public services during this time, many County programs and services continue, with staff working remotely as able. If you have a need to access County services, we encourage you to call or email the Department which provides those services.

The Bucks County Justice Center and all Bucks County courts will be closed Friday, Jan. 19, 2024. All scheduled court proceedings, including those scheduled at any Bucks County Magisterial District Court, are postponed. Jurors should not report to the Justice Center.

Bucks County Court offices will operate today, Jan. 16, 2024, on a 2-hour delay. All scheduled court proceedings for the day have been cancelled, including those in Magisterial District Court. Jurors should not report today.
All other County Government offices will operate on a normal schedule.

Montgomery County officials announced all Courts, facilities, and government offices will open on a two hour delay on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 due to inclement weather.
Because the Courthouse is operating on a delay, all scheduled matters (in-person and virtual) will be delayed by two hours. In-person and virtual matters scheduled after 1 p.m. will be subject to cancellation. Parties with matters scheduled after 1 p.m. should contact Chambers or the respective Court Department to verify, once the Courthouse is open.
