Chester County notification

• ALL OFFICES AND COURTS CLOSED TOMORROW - TUESDAY, JANUARY 27

• Chester County Government offices and courts are CLOSED* on Tuesday, January 27. Staff will be working remotely as able.

• Chester County Library and Henrietta Hankin Library will also be closed.

• Chesco Connect will return to a regular schedule on Tuesday.

• The Board of Elections meeting previously scheduled for January 27 has been moved to February 3.

• *A Snow Emergency has been declared by the Borough of West Chester, extending through January 27 at 6:00PM. Considering this declaration, and the recent winter storm’s impact on the safety of travel and the availability of parking, Chester County offices will be closed on January 27.

Bucks County notification

Due to inclement weather, all Bucks County offices - including the Justice Center and Magisterial District Courts - will be closed Monday, Jan. 26.

All scheduled court proceedings, including those scheduled at any Bucks County Magisterial District Court, are postponed. Jurors should not report to the Justice Center.

Chester County notification

• Chester County Government offices and courts are CLOSED on Monday, January 26 due to the inclement weather. During this time, many County programs and services will continue, with staff working remotely as able.

• Chesco Connect will not be operating buses on Monday.

• The Chester County Library and Henrietta Hankin Branch are CLOSED on Sunday and Monday, Jan 25-26.

• ALL Chester County Parks are CLOSED on Sunday, Jan 26.

Delaware County notification

Due to inclement weather, the Delaware County Courthouse, Government Center, and county offices that operate during normal business hours will be closed tomorrow, 01-26-2026. Stay safe and warm!

Montgomery County notification

All County courts, buildings, and facilities are closed tomorrow, Monday, 1/26, due to inclement weather.

When the Courthouse is closed, all scheduled matters — both in person and virtual will be rescheduled for a later date by Chambers or Court Administration.

LASP's offices in Chester County and Delaware County will open 2 hours late on Monday, Dec. 15. Courts in both counties are also opening 2 hours late.

Bucks County

All County Offices on 2-Hour Delay Feb. 12

All Bucks County offices, including the Justice Center and District Courts, will operate Wednesday, Feb. 12, on a 2-hour delay due to inclement weather.

Jurors are to report by 10:30 a.m. Court proceedings scheduled at the Justice Center this morning will begin at 11 a.m.

For information regarding proceedings scheduled before any Magisterial District Judge, please contact the District Court office in which the proceeding is scheduled.

Chester County

Chester County Government Offices and Courts opening on a TWO HOUR delay.

Chester County Government offices and courts will open on a TWO HOUR delay today, February 12. Offices will open to the public at 10:30 AM.

Chesco Connect will be running dialysis ONLY today.

While the county government and court buildings will be closed for public services during this time, many County programs and services will continue, with staff working remotely as able. If you have a need to access any County service, we encourage you to call or email the department that provides that service.

Montgomery County 

County Offices and Facilities on 2 Hour Delay - February 12, 2025

All County Courts, buildings, and facilities will be opening on a two-hour delay on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 due to inclement weather.

Because the Courthouse is operating on a delay, all scheduled matters (in-person and virtual) will be delayed by two hours. In-person and virtual matters scheduled after 1 p.m. will be subject to cancellation. Parties with matters scheduled after 1 p.m. should contact Chambers or the respective Court Department to verify once the Courthouse is open.

County Government Offices on 2-Hour Delay

Bucks County offices will operate on a 2-hour delay Thursday, Feb. 6, due to forecasted inclement weather.

At this time, Court offices including Common Pleas and District Courts, are set to operate on a normal schedule.

County employees with questions should contact their supervisor.

Due to the anticipated inclement weather, Chester County Government offices and courts will open on a TWO HOUR delay tomorrow, Thursday, February 6 and are scheduled to open to the public at 10:30 a.m.

This delayed opening will be reviewed before 9:00 a.m. on Thursday morning, February 6th, and any change in opening hours will be communicated at that time.
