AVONDALE - Tenants affected by water shutoffs are invited to a free information session, “Learn Your Rights as a Renter” on Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025 from 6-7 p.m. The event is at The Garage, 121 Pennsylvania Ave., Avondale, PA 19311. Attendees will have the opportunity to get their questions answered.

Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP) is presenting in partnership with Kennett Area Community Service (KACS).

LASP Staff Attorney Mary Jacob will provide information to help renters understand their rights and responsibilities.

The session is free and open to the public.
