DARBY - A Delaware County Expungement Clinic will be held Monday, Jan. 19, 2026 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Darby Borough Council Building, 1020 Ridge Ave., Darby, as part of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service. Pennsylvania House Speaker Joanna McClinton and Sen. Anthony Hardy Williams will host Legal Aid of Southeastern PA and the Delaware County Public Defender Association.
The clinic will assist eligible participants with expungements and record sealing for qualifying cases.

To be eligible for an expungement, you must meet these conditions.
Only non-conviction charges including ARD, or summary convictions with no arrests in the past 5 years can be expunged.
Non-summary convictions cannot be expunged.
Many misdemeanor convictions may be sealed if 7 years have passed.
Some low-level drug and property related felony convictions may be sealed if 10 years have passed.
Must have no current criminal charges.
Must not be serving probation time.
