POTTSTOWN - State Sen. Tracy Pennycuick and State Rep. Joe Ciresi will host a free Pardon and Expungement Clinic Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Days Inn, 61 W. King St., Pottstown, PA 19464. Participants can meet with an attorney to receive help clearing their criminal records and learn more about the pardon and expungement process.

The event is presented by Legal Aid of Southeastern PA and Opportunity House, in collaboration with the Montgomery County Office of the Public Defender.

Record-clearing helps people improve opportunities for jobs, education and housing.

Food and community resources will also be available.
