WARMINSTER — An Expungement Clinic will be held Thursday, March 12, 2026 from 6- 8 p.m. at the Ben Wilson Senior Activity Center, 580 Delmont Ave., Warminster, PA 18974. The event is presented by State Rep. Brian Munroe, Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP), and Bucks County Clerk of Courts Eileen Hartnett Albillar.
Appointments are required. Participants must RSVP by registering at repmunroe.com or by calling 215-323-6997.
The clinic is limited to Pennsylvania arrests and has additional eligibility requirements:
Only Pennsylvania arrests are eligible.
Must have no current criminal charges.
Must not be serving probation time.
Non-conviction charges, including ARD (Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition), or summary convictions with no arrests in the past 5 years can be expunged.
Any conviction qualifies for an expungement if an individual is 70 years of age or older and has been off probation over 10 years.
Many misdemeanor convictions may be sealed if 7 years have passed.
Some low-level drug and property-related felony convictions may be sealed if 10 years have passed.
