During the next three months, the limited moratorium can change in every county based on current COVID-19 case counts. It is critical, now more than ever, that service providers have accurate and timely information about the Delco Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA)Program; how to apply, updates and enhancements to the program with new funds arriving, what to expect and how to protect against eviction where possible.
