Part-Time Technology Specialist – Norristown / Montgomery County

SUMMARY
Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania (LASP) seeks a Part-Time Technology Specialist to provide technical consulting and support services. Responsibilities include system support, reporting and dashboard development, data analysis, and staff training. This role supports LegalServer and other systems and assists LASP staff in utilizing technology effectively while maintaining strong data management practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Provide system support, including LegalServer assistance
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
Perform data analysis and assist with data management
Support staff training on systems and technology tools
Advise staff on system use and troubleshooting
Assist with technology implementations and improvements
Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational data
Complete administrative and documentation tasks related to systems
Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting databases or case management systems (LegalServer preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
Experience with reporting tools and data analysis
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Commitment to serving low-income and vulnerable populations
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Hourly; commensurate with experience
