Record-clearing paves the way for improved job opportunities and increased access to education and housing.

Legal Aid of Southeastern PA helps people clear their records in Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties. The Community Engagement Unit (CEU) may be able to help you with:

LASP also offers free virtual and in-person expungement and record-clearing clinics, often in collaboration with legislators and community partners.
