PHOENIXVILLE - Phoenixville Public Library will host a free presentation, “Applying for Low-Income Housing in Chester County,” on Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2026 at 2 p.m. at the library, 183 2nd Ave., Phoenixville, PA 19460.

Kelly Young, Staff Attorney for Legal Aid of Southeastern PA, and staff from the Housing Authority of Chester County will discuss the available options for affordable and subsidized housing in Chester County, as well as the application and waitlist processes.

This event is free and open to the public. The program will also be livestreamed on Zoom for those unable to attend in person.
