Information on eligibility
Only Pennsylvania arrests are eligible
Must have no current criminal charges
Must not be serving probation time
Non-conviction charges, including ARD (Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition), or summary convictions with no arrests in the past 5 years can be expunged
Any conviction qualifies for an expungement if an individual is 70 years of age or older and has been off probation over 10 years
Many misdemeanor convictions may be sealed if 7 years have passed
Some low-level drug and property-related felony convictions may be sealed if 10 years have passed
