Description:
This program prepares volunteers to represent plaintiffs and defendants in Protection from Abuse (PFA) proceedings in Bucks County. It covers the PFA act, temporary and final order hearings, and courtroom procedure. No prior family law experience is required.
Attendees will leave ready to take on pro bono PFA cases and make a meaning difference for individuals.
Fee: $35 for BCBA members, $60 non-members
