ALDAN - State Rep. Heather Boyd and Legal Aid of Southeastern PA (LASP) will hold an Expungement Clinic on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at McBlain Community Center, 210 Shisler Ave., Aldan, PA 19018.

• Only PA arrests are eligible.

• Many misdemeanor convictions may be sealed if seven years have passed.

• Must have no current criminal charges.

• Must not be currently serving probation.

• Some low-level drug & property-related felony convictions may be sealed if 10 years have passed.
